Theory of Impact

Our Concerns:

  • Existing infrastructure in places with rich history and legacy sitting abandoned and underutilized.
  • Marginalized and underserved communities being passed over or taken advantage of by existing developers.
  • Nonprofits wanting to utilize their land and existing building resources to make an impact on the critical housing shortage but don’t know where to start.
  • A lack of trust when people have their own agendas with no common alignment of core values.

Our Initiatives:

  • Identifying Underserved and Marginalized Regions and Projects
  • Seeding Partnerships Around Shared Vision, Values, and Motives
  • Identifying and Empowering Servant Leaders from All Sectors
  • Co Creating New Projects That Breathe Life into Existing Infrastructure

Key Indicators:

  • Number of brand new housing units released into the marketplace
  • Community and government leadership involvement and celebration
  • Collaborative support of existing non profit, governmental and educational initiatives
  • Renewed community vibrancy as experienced by long standing residents

Key Values:

  • Aligned in purpose.
  • Humble in approach.
  • Curious about the possibilities.
  • Led into partnership.

The End Goal:

Seeing a fresh breath of vibrancy and dignity on existing historical locations, infrastructure and community through new development and housing initiatives that were co created with values aligned partners.
